Episode 3: Humble beginnings

On this week's episode, my cohost is also my guest. Doug Griffith, who opened the first homebrew supply store in the region talks about how he got started brewing. A big part of the developing homebrew culture is sharing and promoting. The point is to help everyone make better beer. To that end, we talk about how homebrewers tend to donate gear to other guys who are just getting started and how this attitude continues through to the big guys, as when Samuel Adams paid it forward (and backward) to New Albion Ale.
If you'd like to submit a brewing question (or arrange to call in with one) reach out to me here. If you would care to subscribe on iTunes, click here (your iTunes window will open, don't be afraid).
